Job Description, Roles & Responsibilities:
- Meeting & greeting customers who enter the showroom in a welcoming & helpful way.
- Sales of new cars, offering test drives & explaining technical details, legal or financial requirements.
- Achieving individual sales target.
- Participate in sales activities, events and road shows.
- Manage the delivery process of new cars to customers.
- Making sure car display units are always in good conditions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Intuition about customer desires & practical needs.
- Works well in a team but can also handle tasks independently.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Customer Relations Assistant (CRA)

Job Requirements:
- SPM / Diploma Holder (Fresh Grads are welcomed)
- Well-mannered & patient
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Disciplined & punctual

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer survey via Phone Calls
- Handle customer complaints and enquiries
- Arranging services for customers
- Tidying up at the end of a shift
- Collecting and inputting accurate data
- Administrative duties
Automotive Service Advisor (SVA)
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in the automotive field
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work as a team and independently
- Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and checking them in to an available technician
- Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered
- Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary
- Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections
- Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow
- Keeping customers updated on their car status / contact customer to collect car when ready
Technician
- Basic knowledge on motor vehicle servicing & maintenance.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
